Google Street View Time Lapse, by joelaz I noticed Google updated the images for Street View in San Francisco, so I spent a few minutes updating my time lapse of the Golden Gate Bridge. It would be cool if there was a website that automatically generated time lapse videos of drives through cities using images from Google Street View. This is just a rough example of what they might look like, which I recorded manually by just clicking through Google Maps for about 15 minutes and then speeding up the video footage. A developer could automate the process using Google’s API.
